27 June 2023 - Briefing on the Conducive Public Sector Ecosystem (EKSA) FBMK Series 1. The briefing was delivered by Ms. Nur Nadjla from the Graduate School of UPM. The purpose of this briefing was to introduce and provide a deeper understanding of EKSA to the staff at FBMK, UPM. In her presentation, she discussed various aspects and components of EKSA, as well as its impact on the work environment. It is hoped that this briefing will raise awareness and provide a deeper understanding to the staff regarding the importance and challenges in shaping EKSA, and serve as a starting point for enhancing the quality and productivity of services within a conducive work environment.
