You are cruising at an altitude of 30,000 ft and passing over the Bay of Bengal. Passengers are relaxed and waiting for meals to be served. You receive a call from your cabin crew informing you of an aggressive passenger. |
Task Based on the situation, describe your reaction and the actions that you would take.
(Responses will vary. The test taker is expected to describe the appropriate actions that he would take. He should be informative and fluent, i.e. to describe the appropriate steps or procedures that he would take pertaining to the given abnormal or non-routine situation.)
