FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Do executive and distance education programme students need to register for the TOCIE?
  No.
2. Can I register for the test at the test venue?
  No.
3. Can I defer the test?
  If you are unable to attend the TOCIE on 19th May 2012 due to industrial training, field trip, sick leave, etc., you are to submit your documents to Bahagian Akademik with a letter to request for deferment.

4. Can I change my test time after I have registered?
  No. You can be considered as a deferred case if you have an official letter. Follow procedure for deferred cases.
5. What do I need to bring to the test?
  Your student matric card, pen, certified true copy of your MUET results and a print-out of your TOCIE registration slip.
6. What if I am late for the test?
  Please report to the TOCIE Secretariat at the test venue immediately.
7. What time should I report at the test venue?
  30 minutes before your slot.
8. Can I do a mutual exchange of test slot?
  No.
9. What if I forget my test time slot and venue?
  Refer to the Notice Board at the test venue.
10. When and where do I get the TOCIE results?
  This will be announced in another update.
11. Is this test for all final year Bachelor students at UPM?
  Yes. All final year bachelor degree students from all faculties at UPM have to register and take this test.
