UPM TEST ON COMMUNICATION IN ENGLISH (UPM-TOCIE)

All final year students with SULUNG classification must sit for the UPM-TOCIE on 19th May 2012.

You have to register online from 10/05/2012 - 13/05/2012 .

ONLINE REGISTRATION

->Log-in into SMP Student's Portal

-> Go to MENU >> MY REGISTER and choose TOCIE TAB

->Click on the button to register (for Tahun Akhir & KLASIFIKASI SULUNG students)

The system (SMP) will automatically assign students to a time slot and venue. Any request for change in time slot will NOT be entertained.

TEST DESCRIPTION
Purpose To assess candidates' communication skills in English to help determine their ability to use the skills in the workplace
Test Duration 20 minutes
Test Format Discussion in groups of 5
Skills Tested Communication skills - accuracy, appropriacy, pronunciation and intonation, and use of language functions for managing group discussion

TEST MANAGEMENT
  • Students MUST be present at the test venue an hour before the test.
  • Each candidate must bring an identification card: Matric card or IC.
  • Candidates are also required to bring a certified true copy of their MUET results and registration slip for the test.
